RISE Perfomance Center

Renovated in 2019, the RISE Performance Center is a state of the art facility stretching over 6,000 square feet and features equipment from industry leading brands like Rogue and Arsenal Strength. Aside from our free weights, medicine balls, cardio machines and plyometric tools, we have 100 feet of custom artificial turf and a 40 foot sand pit used for speed and reactive training.
